Technical Leadership & Core Projects
- EpiWatch Commercial Release & Full-Stack ArchitectureLed the end-to-end development of the production-ready EpiWatch platform. Architected and managed a tech stack including AWS CDK, Swift, Java/SpringBoot, and React.
- EpiWatch FDA 510(k) Clearance & QMSSpearheaded the successful FDA 510(k) submission, driving all software documentation, cybersecurity, and V&V testing. Developed the QMS in Greenlight Guru.
- LLM-enhanced Brain Computer InterfaceEngineered a context-aware BCI using BCI2000 and Blackrock hardware to provide real-time conversational capabilities to an ALS user. Presented at Society for Neuroscience.
- MLOps Pipeline for Seizure DetectionBuilt a multi-user MLOps pipeline using DVC, MLFlow, and DAGsHub to enable rapid prototyping and experimentation for seizure detection algorithms.
- Clinical Trial Data & Reporting SystemDeveloped the automated data collection, analysis, and large-scale reporting pipeline for a multi-center clinical trial, providing real-time insights on algorithm performance.
- Neurally Augmented Virtual Interface (NAVI)Co-developed a NextJS-based BCI application to assist patients with ALS in computer control tasks like typing and smart home functions. Patent pending.
- Real-Time BCI At-Home PipelineArchitected a real-time speech and motor decoding pipeline for use outside a lab, successfully demonstrating the system in an ALS patient's home with a Blackrock Gemini Hub.
- Secure OTP Verification SystemDeveloped a custom, event-based OTP verification system to ensure robust user identity verification and data security for the EpiWatch platform.

- NFL Big Data Bowl: Defensive SchemesParticipated in the NFL Big Data Bowl, developing a novel graph-based algorithm to provide optimal defensive schemes.
- Runescape BotA personal project in Java to explore automation and randomization. (Successfully evaded detection until level 54).
